Early morning training is happening 5 days a week...Running with Pam or Riding with Caitlin. It's early Sunday morning and my family are going on a 20mi ride to celebrate Father's Day! Yesterday my husband and daughter went for a 33mi ride and I did an 11.4mi run. This morning we're going out and it's going to be a challenge.
I'm finding I don't always bounce back from these training sessions. Usually Saturday is spent resting and I'm just plain tapped out. I think part of it is not enough good food. I'm going to really have to work on this.
