All my diet failures taught me one very good thing, HOW TO COME BACK!

It guided me to healthier fats and proteins and fresh veggies. It even made eggs appealing! It made sense in my nightmare. It was a beacon of light that I could returned to.
Lowcarb/Keto showed me I could feel better. I could enjoy foods and I didn’t need the sugars and starches. It took away hunger. Lowcarb gave me a break! I needed that break!
