Clean food is so powerful! I found this out on a Ketogenic Diet. A REAL keto diet. Clean proteins, Clean fats, Clean and Green veggies (limited quantities.)
WHAT MADE IT POWERFUL?
That’s easy! It literally took away my constant hunger and cravings. The foods that MADE me hungry and MADE me crave all the time were causing all the problems. THEY caused over eating, and obesity in my life. They MADE noise all day long, until I quit every single diet. The noise WAS unrelenting, UNTIL I finished everything in sight.
A TRUE KETOGENIC DIET TOOK THAT NOISE AWAY!
Everybody and Everything seems to be KETO these days. I’ve clicked around and looked over TODAY’S KETO. It’s not the same keto I’ve been doing for the last 5 years. I don’t need any exogenous ketones because my body makes them and they are FREE! I don’t do Keto-Treats except for special occasions. I have had to pass on Keto-Casseroles unless I need something for a potluck! Interestingly something amazing happened?
THE CLEANER THE FOOD THE QUIETER FOOD BECAME and the more manageable it has been!
It’s free, it’s clean and it’s easy! The leaders in the scientific community aren’t really calling it Keto anymore, seems the marketplace has been overrun, cluttered and is conflicted.
I eat CLEAN WHOLE FOODS! HEALTHY FATS and AVOID PROCESSED FOODS!
