Well, here is a confessional.
I was seeking RELIEF! I needed to FEEL BETTER. I needed to feel better about myself, but more importantly I simply need to FEEL BETTER. I felt like crap all the time. I was so overweight, and so out of shape and no matter how much sleep I got, I was still tired. All day, everyday!
I went lowcarb, it always works for me. After 4 months I transitioned to Keto. At that point I was ready for the big work. Weighing and measuring MYSELF and MY FOOD. I was ready to study and learn the RULES and FOLLOW THEM. OMG, it worked! Weight started to melt off my body and energy soared into my life and confidence followed.
THE MOMENT OF TRUTH!
Everything was going better than it had in YEARS…and one day it hit me, I was THRIVING! I was thriving on a lowcarb/ketogenic approach. I felt good. No, I felt great! It hit me HARD…THIS IS MY FOOD. When I eat this way I have control, I’m not as hungry and I rarely crave. I’ve got energy and my body doesn’t hurt, at all!
That’s the reality but HERE’S THE TRUTH: I can’t to back.
That’s the truth and when I accepted it. I found my freedom.
