Say the word "diet" and people have noticeable reactions to that. Say "starting on Monday" and there is even a more NOTICEABLE reaction! Monday is the next start to DIET FAILURE and we all know it!
More than a few of my clients have avoided starting Lowcarb/keto on Monday, I've had more start on Sat or Sun and or Tues. Monday is taboo! Monday is too close to failure!

Consistency comes from hanging out with others who are heading in the same direction as you are. It's all about sharing the journey and the resources we've found. It's all about dusting each other off after slips and bumps. It's all about cheering each other ON! Walking our first 5k, or attending Dinner Parties. Our voices collect together and we say, "COME ON, LET'S KEEP THIS GOING"....
Consistency means we Don't Do Mondays anymore. WE don't start over we simply continue on!
