Ever since the lightbulb went off that exercise on an empty stomach supports ketosis I've been getting up at the butt crack of dawn and exercising! I want Ketosis!!! I want to be in a ketogenic state NOT because it's a fad and everyone is doing it, but because it's made such a HUGE difference in my weight, my health and the QUALITY of my day. I want that quality of life MORE than anything! I want it enough to get up early and go get it!
Over the last few months of getting up early I've built up a routine and I've gone from "stumbling in to the garage to showing up STRONG!
I usually walk away spent, soaked and psyched for the day!
I use to rollover, I'll admit it! Rolling over always brought baggage with it. I'd carry around a few extra pounds of guilt! I'd be a bit disappointed in myself and I hated that feeling!
It's amazing how much empowerment the following through does for you!
Early morning Exercise will:

INCREASE your sense of empowerment!
IMPROVE your health and mood!
PUT a demand on your metabolism to burn fat on an empty stomach!
Rarely have I ever walked away from exercise down on myself. As soon as the sweat dries I'm SO glad I did it!
