So…I’m writing a book about my diet experience, and what I did with my success. I’ve been pecking away at it. At first it was all about just showing up and writing. Then it became about taking that seriously. So I started getting dressed and walking to my desk and... writing. Then it was about writing out my story, over and over and then jumping on topics and fleshing them out.
An Amazing Thing Happened!
I found TRUTH (Truth that guides me everyday.)
Uncovering all that has happened to me and writing it down has been, again, life-changing. It showed me, all over again, what I carry around inside me. I carry an awareness that WHEN I EAT LOWCARB/KETO I THRIVE…THIS IS MY FOOD!
I carry an awareness that if I don’t have purpose to move towards I will GO BACK TO FOOD. So, I have found purpose I can strive for.
1,000’s and 1,000’s of words writing out my story and philosophy have led me to things that are SOLID and TRUE. They can be counted on! They can be relied upon. I can share them. I can give them. “When I eat lowcarb, I THRIVE.” So many others do too.
I am firmly convinced if you have had success with food for the first time ever on lowcarb and community, that you now have THE AWARENESS OF WHAT WORKS. There! Right there is YOUR truth! Go back to it. Build upon it. It-is-solid.
Go dig through your words and story. What really really worked for you. How did you really really feel because at the end of the day, HOW WE FEEL matters the most. If a certain weight matter the most, we’d never gain and we’d maintain. So get real, weight loss is NOT what matters the most. HOW WE FEEL matters the most. I AM THRIVING!
Writing 1,000’s and 1,000’s of words REMINDED ME all over again “When I eat this way I thrive.” Truth came to me again this morning. It can come to you too.
