I've been in the Industry for almost 10 yrs now. I've been diet-coaching for 3, Personal Training for 9 and in gym management. I watch the trends and the people's response and behavior. I've struggled with food my entire life. I gained and lost the same 85lbs in and out of the gym in the last 10 yrs too.
