#1 Properly ENTER the destination
Know exactly WHERE you are going. Really look at this point. Understand if you have 10lbs to lose it's going to take a certain effort and time, if you have 100lbs it's going to take LONGER and you'd better be prepared! Want to ARRIVE at the destination? Putting in the planning, knowing WHERE you are going and WHY are huge motivational tools you can lean on. Put the thought into this step! You'll do it for a road trip, why not a diet?
#2 Stay in your lane!
Stay IN your lane and stay focused and COMMITTED to the destination. Avoid the billboards that suggested getting off at the next exit for this or that. You'll never get there if you stop at each attractive offer along the way...Birthdays, Gatherings, Travel. Stay in your lane, learn how to eat at each of these type functions and remain on plan and your life will be FREE to go anywhere!
#3 Keep the tank full!
The car doesn't go on empty! Running out of gas ain't no fun! We've always got our eye on that little gauge. You have to stay ahead of your food and keep it organized and ready! Keep an appropriate snack with you at all times. Always know WHAT and WHERE your next meal is.
