My body FELT so much better as I removed sugars and starches and that lowered significant inflammation. Things just stopped hurting as much. Knees, Feet and Ankles especially for me. Throw in that keto-energy that you get and WOW!
My emotions FELT so much better. I feel like I went from being cray-cray to stable in the course of 2 weeks. I got calmer. No more mood swings or overreacting to EVERYTHING and rushing to a donut to cope!
My Psyche began to heal! I began to feel good about what I was doing. You see I started to find diet-success! That FEELS GREAT! I removed those controlling sugars and starches and enjoyed whole foods, healthy fats and very low carb veggies. With keto you lower the carbs and up the fats. Fats are good again!
People don't look good because they don't FEEL good!
Without a doubt in the last 2 yrs of helping so many people on keto, they've all come back into a quality of living that surprises them! It happens within a week's time. For many that's the real reason they are STILL eating keto!
