Let's face it! You'll know shortly...Are you going on with clean, lower carb foods or is it really "not for you"... Have you indulged over the holidays and not only gained weight but lost control? In a week's time or for many, in a month's time you will know if you are stuck or not. Can your goals and resolutions really change you? Soon you will know. Or "this is too hard, I just like carbs too much to give them up".
So many people are facing a big decision...Go on into what they're eating now. Or to GO BACK to clean food, lowered carbs and that place were it all clicked!
There are a few things you NEED to know.
It won't be easy! For some reason getting back on the lowcarb wagon is really really hard for many. It's an ordeal for many. I know, I've been there. So know this, it's gonna be hard and the most important thing is COMPLIANCE, 100% compliance for a good 30 days and you should be in a much better place. Physically food will have quieted, but the head trip you are struggling with might still be a work in progress...
Community really does help during this season. Getting around others who are going in the directions of your dreams...it's priceless. The resources of support and coaching can make all the difference. So many of us do so much better when we are not alone!

Listen, I know you're going to try and fix this all by yourself. You're gonna stop this and do that. If you are still saying that next week or next month you'll come to see what I've found, "IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY"...if it did you'd be skinny! You'd be healthy and in control of all your food and you'd be thriving instead of surviving.
