We don't count calories, we eat when hungry, we enjoy meats, fish, veggies and healthy oils and BUTTER on most everything. We find we have enough control to stop when satisfied. We indulge in nutrient rich food...and we LOSE weight, FEEL great and begin to think "this might work"... It's like "the prize" we win the Prize!!!!! Good food, butter and weight loss!!!!!
