In each I have to be intentional. I can't just wing it. I have to have a topic, a plan, 3 points, and knit it all together through my own anecdotal stories.
Intention is critical in LIVING as in communications. These days, if you don't have a firm plan in place you will not arrive and if it's more than 140 characters, thank you twitter, you better have a BIG point worth their time.
Intentional: Done with purpose.
Are you intentional with this diet you are on? Do you have specific plans to achieve? Or is it simply, "I want to lose weight". Is there a time frame to hold you to? I said that too, but I added to it, "I want to get to a healthy weight, I will give myself a year and in a year I want to be active and sustaining a healthy lifestyle"
Give it time | Give it purpose | Give it your all
Why don't diets work for you? That's a good question to consider. Are you intentional? Are you focused, and committed? Diets do work! You just have to show up and do the work.
