Most of us are NOT afraid of commitment, we're afraid of failure!
WOW! Isn't that true! We've been chronic diet failures so of course we're going to think about that!
In the last 16 months of coaching others I've notice something pretty interesting and often profound!
PEOPLE PANIC in the face of commitment
When you start lowcarb and it gets rolling things are actually GREAT! We feel good, we like the foods, we are actually enjoying ourselves, huh? But then we stall....and guess what? We know with dread we're gonna have to DO SOMETHING....Like something serious. We're going to have to commit to a new level...We know it and we know as soon as we start counting something we're gonna feel trapped and quit!
How this fear expresses it's self is like this, WAIT!!! DON'T MESS WITH WHAT'S WORKING!
That's not a lack of commitment that's FEAR OF FAILURE...
