You are not where you were, and you are certainly not where you are going...and you are SO READY TO BE THERE! But you are not, not just yet. Our bodies stall or our eating is still out of control. What has happened is we make really good progress and very quickly I might add on a lowcarb approach. Our bodies respond to this way of eating and often dramatically. So our expectations engage and we are sure we can get where we're going FASTER. Then it happens our bodies exert their will and we stall. Because we're always evolving. I've come to realize this is not a bad place but a place of intention.
