#1 Stop! Stop and listen to yourself! Your concerns are trying to get your attention. If you ignore them and keep eating, you'll eat past hunger and satiety and...you go back for seconds, BUT it's all lowcarb, I'm ok, right???? Nope
#2 Food Tracking...GO BACK TO IT...Most likely you've started, "eye-balling it again...sure that you know what a 1/4c of nuts is...or you know what's in that fat bomb. When we stop tracking, we stop being accountable.
#3 Take a strong look at artificial sweeteners. They light up the brain like Christmas! Cravings and hunger follow them every where we add them to our foods.
