So are you seeking RELIEF? You know a break from the consequences of all the food you have been eating? Or are you seeking REAL CHANGE?
Are you flipping through the diet book to the "what you eat" section? Are you seeking to lose some weight so you can go back to the foods you love? That's seeking relief. It will be momentary. When you go back to the controlling foods, they'll take control again!
Are you starting the diet book at the introduction where they author wants you to know WHY this works and HOW to work it...they hook you with a promise. I suspect MOST of the diet promises are REAL! It's our DESIRES that separate us.
I want to feel better, NOT change! I need that momentary relief, not a new lifestyle that removes what I love. There is no help for you here. This blog is about real change that changes EVERYTHING.
I sat with a client yesterday and I asked, "So you changed your food what has that changed?" She smiled and said "ITS CHANGED EVERYTHING"...60 days of removing sugars and starches and she's NEVER FELT THIS GOOD....EVER...on a diet??? I've got 3 women who all embarked on this journey at this season. They've worked hard and had their share of struggle but they are now tapping into something MORE than relief!
