I get asked, why do you keep writing about being hungry and always tired?
Because SO MANY are, I'm waiting for you to see yourself in my words. I defining WHERE we have been and NO LONGER ARE...so you will have HOPE stirred back up within. For those of us who have literally broken free of food and fatigue it's changed EVERYTHING. It's not hopeless!
When I use to mutter under my breath, "God! What is wrong with me, I just ate the WHOLE thing?" It's recalling a painful place I don't live in any more and it's so you know, I GET IT!
You don't have to live in that place of "no matter how full you are, you're still hungry" I quote my friend John who has lost 150lbs because he finally gave a Lowcar/Keto approach a try. But removing the controlling foods, sugars and starches He's actually saved his life, He's LIVING AND THRIVING AGAIN. When I removed controlling food, I was able to slowly regain my own self control. I ate less and I ate less often. I dropped 85lbs over the course of a year and began a very active life.
