In your hands is a small thin booklet with the basics for eating and understanding. Our goal is to guide you out of controlling foods in 30 days. We know at that point you will feel better than you have in some time! We know there will be MORE energy than you've felt in some time! We are confident if you do remove those controlling foods, you will be eating less and less often.
We have taken the time to go out on the internet and do the gathering of consistent credible information that will support our goal of removing controlling foods for 30 days. We've taken the time to make that information not only available but we'll provide the understanding to go along with it.

We grab the diet book off the shelf and we go right to the food section to see if we can eat the foods that are going to give us what we want! Weight loss! Because we "don't have time, we skip by the very understanding the author has shared with us as to why these foods in these combinations work! We just don't have the time! Less face it, we don't have the energy either!
