Why are we all so tired? It's the food!
No surprise there! Today's diet in America is high in processed carbs, and those carbs turn to sugar in our body and sugar makes us crash. We overeat them, crash and then find ourselves craving all over again in short order!
My problem with carbs is I can't seem to keep them in my control. I overeat them. I love breads, pasta, rice and potatoes. I don't stop til finished when eating them. They are a real problem for me, but an even bigger problem was the extreme fatigue. I was inactive, tired and totally unmotivated ALL THE TIME! I drank coffee all the time. I was unproductive and my performance was below average at everything I did! Talk about feeling like a loser!
THAT problem with carbs led me to a Ketogenic diet (keto) and surprising energy. Energy that's there every day. What in the world has happened to me?

You start working through that afternoon nap and the food fog is gone! You're productive, and confident! Food begins to quiet as that carb cycle gets shut down.
