You know the truth is we all do better when we feel better about ourselves. We also do better when we are feeling good. When we have energy we can find the time!
Food, eating til our heart is content, indulging, those are momentary satisfying feelings. But there is something more satisfying, feeling good ABOUT yourself. Being proud of your behavior.
We are out of control and we don't feel good. Food is controlling and we're following. We over eat, we get sick, we feel ashamed, we fight it and then give up and drive-thru. Today's foods are running us over. Then we pretend to be alright? Really? Pretend everything is ok? Look around at those thin smiles of people pretending they are ok, overweight, out of shape, exhausted with fatigue, watch them pull a thin smile out, it NEVER reaches their eyes.

I never forget my story and my return to FEELING BETTER. I went lowcarb, and then on to a more dialed up version which is called, Keto. I removed controlling food and got my control back! Keto gives us a suppressed appetite, and the cravings stop. That allows me to establish control. I exercise that control and make it strong and focused and I don't give it up for a cookie, or just a bite....of anything that is controlling. I feel good about my choices and myself. I have a confidence, a purpose, a life I enjoy and I share this story every where.
I found my food! Whole clean foods. Simple foods. Meat, seafood, fresh veggies and healthy fats and dairy. It's amazing when I changed the processed, carb-filled, sugared foods I was eating, overeating and then seeking all over again, IT CHANGED MY LIFE.
