What is the rush?

I use to drink the "Rush" Koolaid...I did.  It led to frustration and frustration is the #1 reason I failed at diets.

When I was ready to lose weight...I expected my body to give it to me.

When I was ready for results, I would focus and put an "all-out-effort" out there...and I expected my body, again, to give it to me.

Something happened in these last 2 yrs.  I finally got control of my food again, by eliminating addictive controlling carbs, sugars and processed foods.  Eating lowcarb and clean...well it's given me back something I cherish...My life and health.

But there was NO rushing it...which is probably why I actually ACHIEVED IT...

As a Personal Trainer and Diet Coach, I know... you have to shift gears and give yourself time to heal metabolically as well as really master a way of eating you can sustain through out weight loss no matter how long it takes.  Then you have to gear up for the hardest job EVER...Maintenance.  Keeping weight off is my greatest challenge...

But it's easier to protect something you cherish...
