I can remember so many days looking out from the nightmare I was trapped in.
Always hungry, always craving, always eating
Always searching for a new diet, Always buying a diet book,Always promising to start tomorrow
Always wishing-never achieving, Always wanting,
Always ashamed, Always broken
Then I must have struck bottom, I must have woken up one last time disgusted enough to say that's it. That led to reaching for a low carb approach...Because feeling better all of a sudden became more important than just about everything else.
Low carb removed sugars, starches, and problematic foods. That kept me in a controlling carb-cycle. THAT'S WHY it was so bad, I was being held in bondage and addicted to addictive foods. Energy came up very fast, more than I was use to, food got all the more quiet, more than I was use to and I FOUND MY FOOD...which led to weight loss, energy and living....I FOUND MY LIFE and now I'm LIVING.
