It's been over 19 months since I had pancakes or french toast or cinn rolls...I still wake up on Saturday morning mentally-hungry... Cakes, butter and syrup and then A NAP!

I do NOT miss how pancakes made me feel, drained, sleepy and ready for a rest...all before 9am. Now a days by 9am I'm coming in off a run in the park, or a bike riding helping my daughter train or a huge training run on Saturday mornings. I feel tired but accomplished! No longer held back by food...and...
No nap required!
Pancakes were holding me back from exercise and setting goals. Today I ran 11.4 miles. Took over 2 and a half hours. I'd not be there if I'd not accepted I cannot eat pancakes any more. They take my energy, and I can't stop when full..I stop when finished.
