Acceptance is a word that quietly floats around me. I've had seasons of it.

On my weight loss journey coming to accept I can't go back to foods that make me obese, take my control and sanity, and...make me sick me has been the hardest step.
Just because I've reached my goal weight does NOT mean I'm free to go back to the very foods that put me here in the first place.
I can try and bargain and cajole. I can seek to up my exercise and indulge (Calories in Calories out) or...
I can simply accept THERE IS A PROBLEM!
Those foods are problematic to my body and I have a problem controlling them.
