When I removed the addictive sugars and starches I slowly gained control over food.
Bad foods are noisy, addictive, and leave you NEVER satisfied, so you are always seeking MORE.
That goes away physically when you remove those carbs. Then you can slowly and carefully deal with your head!
I enjoy steak, fish, shrimp, I love asparagus, avocado, brussel sprouts, artichokes, and I put heavy whipping cream and butter in my coffee with coconut oil. My foods are fabulous!
All is quiet. I don't crave, I don't seek, I'm not starving.
