The signal you are sending is that you don't mean it and you don't respect your own decisions.
Why would you expect others to do so?
Dieting is hard, but too many people not only give up too easily there are those who give up to PLEASE others.
We all have friends who are insistent we join them in an indulgence, after all ONE BITE won't hurt you, right.
It can crumble my entire diet. Let alone make it all the more harder to stand up for myself next time. We have to put up with pressure from others ON TOP OF the sheer PRESSURE of the food we want so badly.
