Weight loss, something we're always seeking but not always achieving, Why?
For always being on a diet, why are so few people reaching their goals?
I think most people pick diets that don't agree with them.
When we think diet, we think and expect
Celery sticks, rice cakes, Lean Cuisines, Weight Watcher points, and no pizza!
We drop it down to 1000 or 1200 calories and brace ourselves.
That right there is classic dieting that leads classic failure outcome
or is it just me?
I did the grapefruit and hard boiled egg diet religiously in my 20's trying to get weight off, only to binge eat at the end so grateful to be back to my cereals, hoagies, ice cream and beer! I got nowhere!
So few people really reach their goals because so few people really ever change!
Maybe the reason so few really arrive is they don't do the changing required.
Is it time for a change?
