Sometimes we're UNPREPARED for what's happening or We've got too much time on our hands.
The weekend has a whole different VIBE to it.
We feel entitled to food, fun and pleasures!
We've EARNED it!
People on diets don't usually fair well on weekends or they just "get back, and are exhausted"...
I get it!
This video has two really good rules to make your own.
#1 Don't leave home with out a plan of where your next meal will be and when it will be.
#2 Have a snack with you. Know the restaurants nearby. Have a "Drive Thru Plan".
