The other day I suggested, "GIVE IT TIME" today I visit
MAKE THE COMMITMENT!
No matter what commit!
No matter what stay committed
No matter what kind of day it is, or how emotional you are or WHAT IS HAPPENING!
I get asked CONSTANTLY "How'd ya do it?"
How DID I get from there to here?
There is no secret and NO substitution for commitment ....so BE COMMITTED
BE committed to a plan
BE committed to the rules of a plan
BE committed to a length of time that is realistic FOR the plan
BE committed to building a LIFESTYLE not just a diet.
It's simply a decision!
