It's the Food!

We are ashamed, obese, and some of us have gotten sick because we can't stop eating.  We can't seem to adhere to a diet.  We know we need to change and we just can't seem to get a grip!  This is the place of shame and pain...and addiction...(I know it well)...The real problem is 2 fold...#1 the foods we're eating are addictive, and yes #2 we've got some addictive behaviors going on because of the addictive foods...There's HOPE

Changing the food I ate, changed my behavior...

When I removed PROBLEMATIC food...it gave me the respite to get myself back under control. (Give it 30 days on a lowcarb approach, no cheating and you will see for yourself!) If you have been following my blog for long you KNOW sugars and starches over powered me, controlled me and made me obese and sick...But when I eliminated them just like millions of others,

I GOT BETTER...

Some of you who are reading this are ON THE RUN!  You are running AWAY from this truth because you don't want to give up your sugars and starches...You are running into health issues! STOP THE DENIAL! And change course!

Some of you are running TO THE FOOD, low-fat, low-calorie hard diets, sugared up for taste and appeal and you need to know there is another way!
