I'm humbled to be where I find myself today.
Food is quiet, and I am in control of it. I've reversed obesity and disease. I've gone from hiding in my house to climbing mountains. It's like a gift...NO! it is a gift.
It comes down to saying Yes!
I said Yes! When my cousin and I were talking about dieting together. I said Yes! when it required plotting and planning and executing. I said Yes! To structure, and counting, and weighing. I said Yes! to exercise and working out.
It was hard saying Yes! Attempting to believe and go for it. It was scary when I said Yes! to helping others. To carrying HOPE and HELP for many who would not pay the price for their own success. It was hard putting it out there and facing misunderstanding and often being rejected when my success and their failure got confused.
It's been a long long year in so many regards and one of the best of my life. I'm humbled by God's grace upon my life and the new doors that are opening.
I have found my confidence again to do one simple thing...Say Yes!
Yes to LIFE and living!
Yes to HEALTH and living
Yes to my FUTURE!
