So...my mind is blown. This is how it was in the beginning of Keto...Like a honeymoon of sorts...I feel better than I have in some time. It's a high, really.
Monday my ketone readings were .02 (day1)
Tues am ketones .08, Tues pm ketones .08 (day2)
Wed am ketones 1.1 Wed pm 1.3 (day3)
Thurs am ketones 1.9 Thurs even 1.8 (day4)
Fri am ketones 3.0 (day 5)
My size 6 shorts are lose again. My scales have moved 2lbs this week...But I'm not doing this for weight loss. I'm doing this TO TAKE BACK CONTROL...
