The Follow Through

Following through impacts your self-confidence and esteem like very few things do...

Why?

Because it's linked to being a promise keeper.  It builds self-trust after years of food abuse have destroyed it for the instant gratification of that food.  Which is a major player...

This is where I can struggle the most because truthfully I made small promises that can be easily nailed!  If I do-Great!  If I don't? Not so bad are the consequences...

But!

They all have an IMPACT

We are either BUILDING or TEARING DOWN in the core of our confidence!
