Being older I have the advantage of KNOWING my strengths as well as my weaknesses...But, let's FOCUS on our strengths for this blog...
WHERE ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?
Mine? Exercise done very early in the day is a great strength of mine. Accumulating miles or days in a row are motivators...Goals motivate and inspire! I know me well!
I'm not an evening exerciser. I thought I could easily slip into that format with my running buddy as we train for another half marathon and schedules don't allow for a 6am run...We've been going out late in the day and I just have the hardest time with it physically and or mentally. I leave so defeated almost every single time. THAT'S NOT MY BEST TIME!
I'm an early rise, early producer and early exerciser....
I'm far more motivated to get up early and nail it than sleep in and do my workouts at 5pm.
So? When is YOUR TIME! What are YOUR STRENGTHS!
