This isn't a blog on exercise....(whew)...It's about moving not just your body but your soul and spirit FORWARD again.
You see, you need to take action and bring all of you with it!
You need to rise up and walk! Get up on your feet almost from the beginning of this diet. You have to get up and walk to diet success, it won't walk to you, and....You need to rise up and bring all of you with you! So that you develop yourself as you go.
It is scary because we've lost ourselves!
Obesity caused me to lose myself in the food. When I began to come out of that, I had no sense of self-identity and I looked around and really had no clue who I was or what I wanted in life. I'd been living to eat, now what? And, what if someone sees this????
Some of you will have a voice with others. Some of you will help others. All of you will draw others to your success. But what happens when people come? You get scared and run away! Or you call me and say, "Oh God, you have to help me, this gal needs help"...
So how do we gather ourselves back together?
Well, we don't diet and wait for the other foot to drop, stay in hiding til we're sure! We get up and go with it now. Get in community and contribute, and give yourself. Put it out there. Form your story, find your words. Share what works and what doesn't. Develop yourself! You don't want to be skinny-lost.
I know, I know you are scared to put it out there. But when you do, YOU DEVELOP YOURSELF.
Come out of hiding.
I don't want you to be a skinny lost person. Lost and lacking a sense of identity. God has so much more than skinny-lost for you! You were made for purpose!
